Paid $20 for 100 tokens at the counter. The lady gave me a cup that looked light so I moved over and counted. The cup had 70 tokens...I waited again at the counter and the lady replaced the 30 missing tokens. The first 4 rides/games that we played ate our tokens and were broken. Not an employee in sight to help and there was a huge mob of kids at the counter collecting prizes. Okay I will just suck it up and move on. Next game, my daughter won the jack pot and hit 100 tickets on a game! No tickets came out. I waited by the machine until I could flag someone down to fix it. Next game ate our tokens...found the one employee in the game area again. Told him that we were now up to 6 broken machines in a row. His reply was that there were so many ones breaking down and it was so busy, but he was going as fast as he could. He was nice about it but did not do anything to try to redeem the situation. By the end of our 100 tokens, we probably lost 20 to broken machines. I told 2 other employees of machines (other ones) and finally the one employee gave us about 5 extra tokens. Because this was to be a fun night with my daughter, I was not about to get mad or show my frustration as this was a happy surprise for her. As far as cleanliness, we were there for 2.5 hours and there were a few dirty tables with leftover food and cups that had not been touched the entire time we were there. The floor looked like it should have been quarantined. If anyone reads this and can suggest a fun place to go with games for a 5 year old other than here, please comment!

I am a bit nervous walking into a kid-centric place that serves alcohol. The atmosphere us stressful. Games are tightly spaced and it is hard to navigate at times especially holding the hand if a child. Many children seem to be running around without monitoring. I loved this place when I was a kid. Did my parents hate it the way I do?? There are better options.

i went here for my son's birthday party. I think the wifey paid $200 or something... they took care of all preparations, setup, food, and tokens. The hostess was very nice and they even threw in the salad bar. My son had a VERY good time and it wasn't crazy crowded, which I was very surprised. BATHROOM REVIEW I was weary going in, as I thought it would smell like a Chicago subway, filled with piss from ill-aimed kids trying to feed the urinals. But, pleasantly I was surprised. It was very clean and decent. Sit or squat? Sit... as long as you don't mind the occassional kid screaming in the bathroom while you're "dropping your own kids in the pool"... if ya know what i mean ;-)

I have to say I am pleasantly surprised with Chuck E Cheese's. Sure, its not as magical as it seemed when I was a kid myself, but its a pretty decent place to take your kids to play. I also expected it to be a huge rip off, but all games are truly only 25 cents. Our kid is only three so he doesn't go through the tokens very fast and we could get out of there spending less than 10 bucks for an hour or two of playtime. As far as parties, I had my son's birthday party here this weekend, and it was great! Our party hostess was super helpful and did way more than I expected for us (lighting candles, serving pizza, drinks, cake to the kids, cleaning up everything, etc.). They have a set structure for the party but are flexible depending on what the party goers want to do. They really make the birthday kid feel special. I thought it was pretty reasonable in price, I had five kids total and about 10 adults and we spent a little over 100 bucks for food and party for everyone. Sure you can go crazy and invite 20 kids and do the deluxe package if you want to spend lots, but you don't have to! I also highly recommend a Sunday party. The manager specifically told me Saturday was absolutely crazy and we made the right decision to choose Sunday. Plus, I got 100 bonus tokens for my smart choice :) It was busy but not overwhelmingly so during our party time, and I felt comfortable letting my son run around the place without hovering over him constantly. I knocked off one star because it could use some freshening up in there (it seems clean just a little dated/worn), and the climbing area isn't very large and completely inaccessible by parents so its a little nerve wracking. The parking lot is a little tight as are the table areas.

One star for all the games being one token. One star because someone in our party had an accident that required 2 employees to come over and pour coffee on the carpet. Went here to attend a birthday party, this location is smaller than other locations that I have been to--and similar to other reviewers--there were a number of games that were out of order, or constantly needed an attendant to come fix. Of the 3-4 ticket machines that were available to redeem your tickets--those took turns being broken in our 2 hour trip. Parking lot gets kinda tight when multiple parties are going on during the weekends. Overall--I suppose whatever makes the kids happy...

We took our nieces here just for a "let's go out day." I was actually very pleasantly surprised at how much fun it was to play all those games. We didn't eat pizza here because the pizza looked a bit strange...kind of like cafeteria food pizza. Anyways, the kids played for about an hour and redeemed their tickets for dollar store type of prizes. We spent about $10 in total for that one hour for two kids.

Nice and quiet midday during the week. Not crowded and nicely air conditioned on this hot July day. great coup in offers available online and you can use more then ore coupon if you want too! My son and I had a nice lunch and fun playtime together. The crew was nice even though they were short staffed the workers were attentive and friendly. The facility was clean and neat.

This particular Chuck E place is small and some of the games were out of order especially 2 of the skeeball lanes. We went for a birthday party on a Saturday afternoon, and oh boy was it busy. Chuck E himself came out to wish and sing the birthday song, along with a Chuck E employee, who I give props for being peppy and cheerful and getting the young kids cheering and singing along. The birthday tables reserved in the back gets tight, especially if you have to help and serve drinks and pizza to the hungry kids. Some of the machines did not give out tickets which stinks. Do not forget to feed your tickets to the ticket machine found along side the skeeball before getting into line to redeem prizes, which were small and cheap, in my opinion, and easily break when you get home. Overall the kids seemed to enjoy the whole experience and had fun. Call me doom and gloom but to give advice to the parents who drop off the kids for the birthday party. The place gets tight and kids and adults abound. The check in/ check out part was done right. But who is to say nothing is going to happen to your kid while he/ she is playing. Just a note. Chuck E is not a bad place, actually a great place especially during the cold winter months. Have fun!
